The Spotswood Public Library, 548 Main St., invites the public to experience the ancient Chinese practice of falun dafa, an advanced system of cultivation and exercise to improve the heart, the mind and the body.

The library will offer two free introductory sessions, 11 a.m. to noon on May 12 and May 19. Registration is required; space is limited. For more information and to register, call (732) 521-1515.
