Obituaries DRUSIANA HEIL, 97, of the Parlin section of Sayreville died Dec. 3 in Carriage House Manor, Sayreville. Services were under the direction of Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin, with a Mass planned for Dec. 6 at Sacred Heart Church, South Amboy. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. ANNA MAY JOHNSON, 90, of the Parlin seciton of Sayreville died Dec. 1 in Carriage House Manor Care Center, Sayreville. Her husband, Amos G. Johnson, died in 1980. Surviving are two sisters, Catherine Stegway Murphy of Parlin and Gladys Spiers of South Amboy; one niece; five great-nieces and five great-nephews; and five great-great-nieces and 11 great-great-nephews. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin. Interment was in Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. HELEN LOTKOWICTZ SCHLACHT, 74, of South Amboy died Nov. 29 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are five brothers, William Lotkowictz of Largo, Fla., Sylvester Lotkowictz of the Somerset seciton of Franklin, Edward Lotkowictz of South Plainfield, Raymond Lotkowictz of Poquoson, Va. and Joseph Lotkowictz of South Amboy; a sister, Marion Hammond of Lakeland, Fla.; and six nieces and six nephews. BELLAFRONTE, 76, of New Brunswick died Nov. 29 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. His wife, Allettia Schumacher Bellafronte, died in 1974. Surviving are three sons, Alex of East Brunswick, Ronald of North Brunswick and Louis of Branchburg; two daughters, Diane Kelly of Old Bridge and Charlene Ward of New Brunswick; two brothers, Nicholas of North Brunswick and Joseph of New Brunswick; a sister, Florence Thompson of New Brunswick; and eight grandchildren. DOMBROWSKI CZECH, 82, of South River died Nov. 29 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Edward, died in 1970. KAPICA, 89, of South Amboy died Nov. 28 at home. Surviving are a son, John E. Mehl of Sayreville; four daughters, Betty Ann Mehl of East Brunswick, Donna J. Mehl of Allentown, Pa., Jody L. Higgins of Bethlehem, Pa. and Lori A. MARION DIONISIO HERBSTMAN, 85, of Monroe died Dec. 1 at Pinebrook Care Center, Englishtown. Her husband, Rubin Herbstman, died in 1988.
