Youngsters invited to
‘Take a Trip to India’

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 for "Take a Trip to India," a youth program set for 4 p.m. on Oct. 16 at the Old Bridge Public Library Main Branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.

Participants in the program, which is open to youngsters in kindergarten-third grade, will make a peacock craft, listen to Indian music and folktales, smell the spices of India, and see the country’s clothes, jewelry, books and more.

St. Ambrose Knights

to host spaghetti dinner

St. Ambrose Knights of Columbus Council No. 6424 will hold a Sunday Spaghetti Dinner beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 19 at the council home, 1 Fredricks Place, Old Bridge.

Tickets cost $7.50 for adults, $3 for children; youngsters under age 5 will be admitted free of charge. All are welcome.
