Donna Warters, Cristina Lacerda and Mary Merullo, all sales associates in the Weichert, Realtors’ East Brunswick office, recently were recognized for their industry successes in the month of December.

Warters led the office in listings. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club and Marketed Club, she qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the platinum level. In addition, Warters earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 1 percent of the company’s 13,700 sales associates. Lacerda led the office in sales. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club, Lacerda qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the gold level. In addition, she earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 1 percent of the company’s 13,700 sales associates. Mary Merullo led the office in dollar volume. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club and Marketed Club, she qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the bronze level.

The Jamesburg Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business Development Discussion event beginning at 8 a.m. on Feb. 7 at the Jamesburg Firehouse, West Railroad Avenue. Guest speaker will be Milton Paris, a business, sales and marketing consultant who can be heard on “Getting Ahead in Business” at 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays on WCTC-1450 AM radio. Topic of discussion will be “A New Beginning for Jamesburg and Monroe.” Paris will discuss methods by which to create businesses for each individual service in the area, using new ideas and techniques.
