Patrick Grimes of Old Bridge recently graduated from the French Culinary Institute, New York City, where he earned a diploma as a pastry chef. He has accepted a position with Ron Ben-Israel Cakes, New York City, where he recently completed a postgraduate internship.

Timothy Dailey, son of Susan and Thomas Dailey of Old Bridge, recently earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science, with honors, from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, where he was named to the dean's list for the spring semester.

Katy Butterwick, daughter of Linda and Jim Butterwick of Old Bridge, has been awarded a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, School of Theoretical and Applied Science, Mahwah, where she was named to the dean's list for the spring semester. She is a member of Theta Phi Alpha sorority.

Laura Jeanne Lindson, daughter of Pamela and John Lindson and granddaughter of Robert Sorenson, all of the Morgan section of Sayreville, has been awarded a bachelor of arts degree in theatre from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Mahwah. A substitute teacher with the city of South Amboy and the borough of Sayreville since graduating in January, she is working as a camp counselor at Southwoods children's camp in the Adirondacks Mountains of New York. She is a 2002 graduate of Sayreville War Memorial High School.

Jeffrey Dingler of the Parlin section of Sayreville was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts, New Brunswick, where he is majoring in music and will enter his sophomore year in the fall. He is a 2005 graduate of Sayreville War Memorial High School.

Brandon Mazur, son of Kathy and Walter Mazur of the Parlin section of Sayreville, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, where he is a senior majoring in English. He is a 2003 graduate of St. John Vianney High School, Holmdel.

Joseph Paul Pitonak, son of Christine and Joseph Pitonak of Sayreville, was named to the dean's list for the fall and spring semesters at Kean University, Union, where he is a junior majoring in political science.

Allison Comerford, daughter of MaryBeth and Mike Comerford of the Parlin section of Sayreville, was named to the dean's list for the fall and spring semesters at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, where she recently completed her junior year.

Erin C. Mulvey of the Parlin section of Sayreville was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Boston University.

Jacqualena Grigoli of Old Bridge was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y.
