Mr. Fixit presentation coming to Old Bridge

A program on the Mr. Fixit handyman service, RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) of Middlesex County, will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 11 at the Old Bridge Office on Aging, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, in the municipal complex, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.

Seniors ages 60 and above are eligible to use the Mr. Fixit service, which can provide home-safety devices such as grab-bars, smoke detectors, stair rails, and minor heating, plumbing and electrical repairs. Homeowners are responsible for the cost of materials.
