Pro-wrestling event will aid Scouts, Squires

Boy Scout and Cub Scout Troop No. 97 and the Columbian Squires, both Sayreville, will host a professional wrestling fundraiser with National Wrestling Superstars at 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 17 at Knights of Columbus Hall, 775 Washington Road, Parlin section of Sayreville, across from the post office. Proceeds will benefit the Scouts and the Squires.

The event will feature Paul "Mr. Wonderful" Orndorff, Sal Sincere and a wrestling clown. Local wrestlers, including Nicky Oceans, Corvis Fear, Zach Novak, The Dublin Destroyers and Bobby Piper, also will be on the card.

Tickets, which cost $17 for adults, $15 for children and seniors, are available at Mr. Dee's Hot Dogs, Johnson Lane and Ernston Road, TJ's Pizza, Bordentown Avenue and Cheesequake Road, Activewear Outlets, 777 Washington Road, all Parlin section of Sayreville; Minit Mart, Main Street, Sayreville, across from the post office; and Villaggio's Pizza, Main Street, South River.
