Employees at ShopRite in Sayreville took up a collection last week to buy a 12.5-pound lobster that was delivered to the store for sale. The store, which usually sells lobsters weighing a couple of pounds, expects to turn the large crustacean over to an aquarium or return it to the ocean. Under a common formula for determining a lobster's age, this one is more than 50 years old.
