Irked by lack of proper cell-phone etiquette

Is it just me, or does everyone feel it is rude for individuals to answer their cell phone while you're talking to them?

It's one thing to be interrupted by a person who is there, but to be interrupted by someone who is not even there is the height of rudeness. If my phone rings while I'm talking to someone in person, the caller will have to leave me a message.

Let's keep our priorities in order, everyone.
