Seminar to focus on how to understand teens

Sayre Woods Bible Church, Route 9, Old Bridge, will host a seminar titled "Understanding Your Teenager" from 2-5 p.m. on April 1. Presenter will be youth expert Duffy Robbins.

Participants will learn the principles for building strong relationships with their children during the teen years. Practical ideas and suggestions to help every parent navigate the waters of adolescence will be provided. Parents also will learn how to avoid common parenting mistakes and how to do the small things that reap big results in the lives of teenagers.

Participants will receive a 48-page booklet containing dozens of articles, tips and guidelines on parenting teenagers.

Tickets cost $15 per person, $20 per couple. All parents of teens and preteens are invited to attend.
