Golf Outing to raise funds for Scout trip

Friends of Boy Scouts of America Troop No. 97, Sayreville, will host a Golf Outing fundraiser on April 30 at Pebble Creek Golf Course, Colts Neck. Registration check-in is set for 7:30 a.m. Shotgun start is planned for 9 a.m.

The event will raise funds for the Scouts' upcoming summer-camp trip to Rhode Island and for equipment. Cost is $125 per person, $400 per foursome, and includes a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, cart, prizes and a barbecue luncheon.

Golfers are sought. Reservations are required by April 6.
