Texas Hold 'Em tourney coming to Jewish Center

The East Brunswick Jewish Center Men's Club will sponsor a professionally run No-Limit Texas Hold 'Em Tournament beginning at 8:45 p.m. on April 28 at the East Brunswick Jewish Center, 511 Ryders Lane. Doors will open at 8:30 p.m.

The event will feature licensed dealers and casino poker tables.

Cost is $100 for "buy-ins," with available "re-buys" at $50 for the first hour. There will be a 100-person field maximum. Payouts will go to the top 10 percent of the field. Each player will begin with 1,000 in chips. Blinds will increase as scheduled by the tournament director. Payouts will feature gift cards from major stores; cards must be used for merchandise from the retailer.
