Summer concert series to begin in Old Bridge

The Old Bridge Cultural Arts Committee will present its annual summer concert series beginning June 27 at Geick Park, Route 516. All performances are set to start at 7:30 p.m.

The concert schedule is as follows:

+ June 27 - Yasguri's Farm and a light show;

+ July 18 - Double Concert Night, featuring 52nd Street and Bennie and the Jets in tributes to Billy Joel and Elton John;

+ July 25 - Double Concert Night, featuring Rag Doll and Ric Prince in tributes to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and Rod Stewart.

Audience members should bring a blanket or lawn chairs. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Admission to all shows is free of charge. For more information, call (732) 721-5600, ext. 6625.

Historical group seeks

records of cemeteries

The Old Bridge Historical Preservation Commission is seeking photographs, obituaries, funeral home cards or any records of the following Old Bridge cemeteries: Provost Cemetery, Shoreland Circle; Ernst Cemetery, Ernston Road; Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Morristown Road; and Baptist Cemetery and Methodist Cemetery, both on Route 34.
