Vendors, exhibitors sought for cultural fair

The East Brunswick Human Relations Council is seeking craft vendors and exhibitors for the township's annual Our Community Is Fair cultural festival, set for noon to 5 p.m. on Sept. 16 at the East Brunswick municipal pond, Ryders Lane. Rain date is Sept. 23.

The daylong celebration of the township's ethnic diversity will feature continuous on-stage cultural entertainment, free craft projects and face-painting for children, an ethnic food court, craft vendors, cultural exhibits and more.

Our Community Is Fair is sponsored by the Township of East Brunswick Division of Recreation and the East Brunswick Human Relations Council. Admission to the festival is free of charge. The public is welcome. For more information or to reserve a vendor or exhibitor space, call Karen Kecskes at (732) 390-6797 or e-mail recreation@eastbrunswick.org.
