Office on Aging schedules activities

The Old Bridge Office on Aging, George J. Bush Center for Human Services, in the municipal center, Route 516 and Cottrell Road, will offer a variety of upcoming programs.

The activity schedule is as follows:

• Aug. 7 - Nutrition Bingo;

• Aug. 8, 15, 22 and 29 - free yoga classes;

• Aug. 10 - Luau Party;

• Aug. 13, 20 and 27 - zumba fitness classes;

• Aug. 14 - trip to Atlantic City;

• Aug. 17, 24 and 31 - free tai-chi classes;

• Aug. 21 - Birthday Breakfast, Assemblyman Sam Thompson's Mobile Office;

• Aug. 31 - trip to Monmouth Park racetrack, Oceanport.
