Quilters invited to Aug. 13 meeting

The Molly Pitcher Stitchers Quilt Guild will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 13 at Grace Lutheran Church, corner of Route 33 and West Main Street (Route 537), Freehold. Doors will open at 7 p.m.

The event will feature appetizers, salads and desserts. Guests need not bring food.

Representatives of Stony Brook Sew and Vac will be on hand to talk about the latest tools and sewing machines. Fabric will be available for purchase. There will be door prizes.

Admission is free of charge for first-time guests.
