Grateful for hospital infection prevention bill

As a former volunteer for a group dedicated to the prevention of deadly hospital infections, I was ecstatic to hear about Gov. Jon Corzine signing the hospital infection prevention bill recently.

I have worked tirelessly to educate the public in our community on the dangers of contracting a deadly staph infection while in the hospital. This bill is part of the answer to all the hard work done by individuals championing the cause of eradicating deadly hospital-acquired infections.

Kudos to Gov. Corzine and Sen. Barbara Buono for making this happen.
