Food drive planned for Pop Warner game

The Morgan/Parlin Panthers and the Sayreville Leprechauns will hold a food drive to help local people in need during the Mayor's Trophy Game on Aug. 19 at Waterfront Park in South Amboy. All food will be donated to the Care and Share Food Bank, Sayreville.

Attendees at the football game are asked to bring nonperishable food items on game day. The food bank is currently in great need of peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce and cereal.
