Tryouts for 'Lucky Stiff' scheduled at Villagers

Auditions for the upcoming Villagers Theatre production of "Lucky Stiff" are set for 8 p.m. on Aug. 23 and 6 p.m. on Aug. 26 at the theater, 415 DeMott Lane, Somerset section of Franklin. Callbacks will take place at 7 p.m. on Aug. 28.

Auditioners will read from the script and should be prepared to sing 16 bars from the song of their choice. An accompanist will be provided.

"Lucky Stiff" features book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and music by Stephen Flaherty. The Villagers production will be directed and choreographed by Vicki Tripodo and musically directed by Larry Rothweiler.
