Chefs to take center stage at MCRCC event

The Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce (MCRCC) will present three area chefs demonstrating their craft at the chamber's Largest Networking Party set for 5-8 p.m. on Sept. 18 on the rooftop of the Hyatt Regency, 2 Albany St., New Brunswick.

Chefs Ryszard Szot of Mulberry Street, Woodbridge, Dan Cummings of the Pines Manor and Skylark Fine Diner and Lounge, both Edison, and José Torres of Coccola, Hillsborough, will offer their signature dishes for a crowd.

The event is open to the public. Tickets cost $35 per person at the door.
