Garage sale to benefit animals housed at shelter

Sayreville Pet Adoption Center, 1400 Main St., will hold a Giant Garage Sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 21 in the center's parking lot.

Donations of items for the sale will be accepted at the shelter from 1-5 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 20 only. Clothing, linens and shoes will not be accepted.

Proceeds will benefit the pets housed at the shelter.
