Flu and pneumonia shots available at mall

Maxim Health Systems will offer flu and pneumonia vaccinations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, Oct. 20-Nov. 3, in the center court at Brunswick Square Mall, Route 18, East Brunswick. Cost is $30 for a flu shot, $40 for a pneumonia shot. Medicare recipients who are not members of a Medicare HMO may receive either or both shots free of charge at all on-site clinics with a valid Medicare card. Cash and checks also will be accepted. Shots are available on a first-come basis. The clinics are open to the public and staffed by licensed, local nurses. All participants must be age 9 or older and must sign a consent form.
