Kaiserman displays calm, clear, effective leadership
Over the past few years it's been my pleasure to work together with David Kaiserman on a Sayreville community board. David is our president, and we could not have asked for a better leader.

During our meetings, I observed as others discussed what direction would be best. David sat and listened calmly to the matters at hand, giving others the time to express their views and ideas without bias. If discussions got off track or heated, he would set it right again in an assured voice, saying, "Guys, let's stay on track and not lose sight of what we need to accomplish."

He is a determined man whose direction is clear from the start. With an approach already in his mind, sometimes he'd say nothing, but when he did, others stopped and listened. The outcome has always been positive.

Once a discussion with a vendor got heated and off track. David calmed things down and put everyone back on track, effectively redirecting the discussion to the question at hand. He maintained his composure and focused on the issues in a calm voice. His leadership was clear and he stayed the course to ensure the best for our community. Both sides were satisfied with the outcome.

Dave is genuinely caring and honest with excellent insight. He remains composed in times of disorder and doesn't lose sight of goals set forth. He gives others a chance to express their ideas and opinions, and he is slow to anger. When his limit is reached, I am glad that I am on his side. He has skillfully reviewed contracts and proposed changes, paying attention to the smallest details, to ensure all areas were covered and the community interest was protected.

I respect David, not just as our president but also as a friend. I know David Kaiserman and Paula Siarkiewicz for Borough Council and Mayor Kennedy O'Brien for mayor would be excellent choices.
