A vote for Phillips is a vote for the youth of Old Bridge
As president of the Raritan Bay Cougars youth football team and cheerleading organization, I want everyone to know what a strong supporter of youth sports Mayor James Phillips is. One can truly know a person by how good he or she is to our youth, and Mayor Phillips has demonstrated time and again how caring he is toward our youth.

At our annual awards banquet Mayor Phillips took the time to personally hand out trophies to all three levels of our successful teams. He sought my opinion about a shared-services project to put new turf at the high school, and this town deserves and needs something like that, which can be used by all the sports leagues in town.

I urge parents of our league and all sports leagues in town to vote for Mayor Phillips and his Team Old Bridge - Pat Gillespie, Ed Testino and Joe Pruiti - on Election Day. It's a vote for the children of Old Bridge.
