| OLD BRIDGE - Police are looking for a 21-year-old female suspect who allegedly became involved in a road rage incident and struck a teenager with her vehicle on Halloween.
Around 7:31 p.m. Oct. 31, a group of children between the ages of 14 and 16 were crossing Cindy Street while trick-or-treating when the female suspect yelled at the children from her white four-door vehicle.
An argument ensued, and the suspect then got out of her car and attacked one of the juveniles. The two began fighting and fell to the ground. The suspect then reportedly called a male friend, and the victim fled for fear of being further assaulted.
The suspect then drove onto the driveway of a Cindy Street home and struck the victim with the car before fleeing the area.
Police responded to the scene, where the juvenile victim was found with several abrasions on his knees and legs. The victim also complained of head pain. Police immediately summoned the Old Bridge Red and White Volunteer First Aid Squad, and advised the victim's father of the situation.
First aid volunteers transported the teen to Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge, were he was treated and later released.
Police are looking for the suspect, who was described as a Hispanic 21-year-old woman with dark hair that was kept in a bun, and olive-colored skin. She is roughly 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs 160 to 170 pounds. She was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with dark pants, and her tongue was pierced.
