Judi Lynn Lezark

Ms. Lezark, 47, of Old Bridge, died Nov. 4, 2007, in CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was a graduate of Cedar Ridge High School, Old Bridge. Surviving are her parents, Alice and Eugene of Old Bridge; two brothers, George W. and Eugene P., and his wife, Melissa, all of East Brunswick; and two nieces and two nephews. Services were held at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, Old Bridge. Interment was in Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan. Memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, National Headquarters, 3300 E. Sunrise Drive, Tucson, AZ 85718.
