Senior Fridays events planned at O.B. Library

The Senior Spaces Project will sponsor several upcoming Senior Fridays programs at the Old Bridge Library Main Branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.

The schedule is as follows:

• Dec. 14 - "Healthy Eating: Healthy Living," a talk and discussion with Dr. Sandra Fahmy, D.O., sponsored by Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge and Perth Amboy;

• Dec. 21 - "Red, White and Blue: George M. Cohan, Kate Smith and Bob Hope," a music and song program presented by Fred Miller;

• Dec. 28 - "Video Gaming for Older Adults: Do You Wii? Wii Do!," with participants playing Guitar Hero III, Brain Age Academy, Wii Bowling and more.

All programs will begin at 1:30 p.m. Registration is not required. Light refreshments will be served.
