Esther J. Twardos Kopsco

Mrs. Kopsco, 80, of Sayreville, died Nov. 28, 2007, at home. Prior to her retirement in 1991, she was a toll collector with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Before that, she was a nurse's aide at Roosevelt Hospital, Edison. She was predeceased by a son, Pvt. David Kopsco, U.S. Marine Corps, in 1968. Surviving are a son, Daniel Kopsco of Sayreville; a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Peter Bigler of Edison; a brother, Walter Twardos of Sayreville; a sister, Jean Waxmundsky of Sayreville; and a granddaughter. A Mass was celebrated at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Sayreville. Arrangements were under the direction of Maliszewski Memorial Home, also Sayreville.
