Youth drama workshops scheduled for Saturdays

The Sayreville Main Street Theatre Company will continue its third season of Saturday drama workshops for youngsters ages 6-8, beginning Jan. 5 at the theater, 3018 Bordentown Ave., Parlin section of Sayreville.

The "Imagination and Creativity" class, taught by theater director Vic Morosco, will meet on Saturday mornings for eight weeks. Class content will include confidence-building theater games and an introduction to improvisation. Emphasis will be on projection, creative thinking and stage presence.

Cost is $115, including materials. The workshop will be filled on a first-come basis.
