Jazz association slates Dec. 19 Christmas party

The Central Jersey Jazz Association (CJJA) will hold a Christmas party from 7-9 p.m. on Dec. 19 in the community room at the Chuck Costello Complex, 1998 Route 18 north, Old Bridge.

Videos of performances by legendary guitarist Wes Montgomery will be presented along with the classic 1957 CBS special "The Sound of Jazz" featuring Billie Holliday, Lester Young, Gerry Mulligan and other jazz artists.

Members are asked to bring a favorite dish or dessert item and a bottle of soda, juice or other nonalcoholic beverage.
