Re-elected mayor offers thanks for support, kind words
Iwould like to thank the voters of Sayreville most sincerely for electing me to a third term as mayor.

Our phone rang for three straight days with congratulatory calls and messages of support and appreciation for what I have tried to do for the town I love so much, and I continue to receive your wonderful cards and letters even now, almost four weeks later. Your support and many kind words mean more than I can say, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And, in no small way, thank you so much for electing David Kaiserman and Paula Siarkiewicz, two intelligent, capable and concerned individuals, to the Borough Council.

It is our fervent hope that we can roll up our sleeves and work as a council that is united in putting the needs and best interests of our community and its people at the very top of our list of priorities always. We will work our hardest at keeping Sayreville on the right track, not only for our immediate issues, but also looking toward a solid and secure future by means of careful budgeting and sensible, longterm solutions for the issues that concern us all.

Kennedy O'Brien

Mayor Sayreville
