Applications taken for Dare to Imagine Awards

VSAarts of New Jersey (VSA/NJ), New Brunswick, is seeking nominations for the third annual Dare to Imagine Awards, with nomination deadline Jan. 7. Recipients will be announced in February and honored at a May ceremony.

The awards honor adults who have made a positive difference in the life of an individual or individuals with disabilities. Candidates must have made a contribution in one or more of the following focus areas: corporation and organizational responsibility; education, training and enrichment opportunities; accessibility; and personal commitment and volunteerism. Individuals with contributions related to the arts are especially encouraged to apply.
