Kevin M. Ruscoe Mr. Ruscoe, 43, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Dec. 15, 2007, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. A truck driver, he was the owner and operator of R&Z Transportation, Parlin. His father, John Edward Ruscoe Sr., died in 1992. Surviving are his mother, Judith Carpenter Ruscoe of Parlin; a brother, John "Rocko" Ruscoe, and his wife, Christine, of Savannah, Ga.; and a nephew and a niece. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin. Cremation was private. Memorial contributions may be made to the deceased's family.
