Tree-identification event next up at Cheesequake

A 'Winter Tree Identification" program will begin at 1 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Cheesequake Park Interpretative Center, Gordon Road, Old Bridge.

Participants will learn how to identify trees during the winter months, when leaves are not present and the bark and buds are often the only clues to unlocking the mystery.
