Tuition payment is top prize in OLV raffle Our Lady of Victories SchoolAlumniAssociation, Sayreville, is holding a tuition raffle. The winner, who will be chosen on Feb. 15, will receive a $3,000 tuition payment to OLV grammar school or high school or to the college/university of his or her choice.
