Hadassah to sponsor 'A Taste of Israel' East Brunswick Hadassah will offer a program titled "A Taste of Israel" at 2 p.m. on Feb. 3 at the home of a Hadassah member. Ricki Dayan will share her joy of cooking and her traditions while participants learn how to make falafel, pita and Israeli salad. Dayan, who has offered cooking classes to children and adults for a number of years, is especially interested in working with children to harness their creativity and interest them in eating a variety of foods.
