Catherine Rooney Brocato Mrs. Brocato, 75, of South Amboy, formerly of Sayreville, died Jan. 11, 2008, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Her first husband, Henry Rooney, died in 1993, and a son, Jack, died in 1996. Surviving are her husband, Joseph; five children, Linda Wisniewski, Laura LoPresti, Maureen Mifsud, Diane Rooney and Scott Rooney; two brothers, John and David Forbes; a sister, Marge DeArment; and seven grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette's Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Entombment was in Cloverleaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge.
