Catholic Women sets Feb. 24 blood drive

The Sacred Heart Council of Catholic Women, in conjunction with New Jersey Blood Services, will host a blood drive from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 24 in the cafeteria at Sacred Heart School, Cedar Street and Washington Road, South Amboy.

Platelet machines will be available for individuals interested in donating.

An Irish Soda Bread for Life Sale will take place during the event. All proceeds will benefit Rachel's House.
