Rose Auricchio Zambito Mrs. Zambito, 86, died Feb. 3, 2008, in TrinitasMedical Center, Elizabeth. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a cook in several area restaurants. She was predeceased by her husband, James S. Zambito. Surviving are two sons, Lawrence Zambito, and his wife, Madelene, of Kenilworth and Paul Zambito of Harrisburg, Pa.; a brother, Ralph Auricchio of California; and a grandson. AMass was offered at St. Bernadette's Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment was in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia section of Woodbridge.
