Ann Mate Zawistowski

Mrs. Zawistowski, 82, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Feb. 3, 2008, at home. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a cook with Buddies Catering, Parlin. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph J. Zawistowski; a daughter, JoAnn Zawistowski; two brothers, Julius and FrankMate; and three sisters, Irene Peters, Margaret Mate and Mary Butkiewicz. Surviving are two sons, Joseph of Parlin and Thomas of Torrance, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at Sacred Heart Church, South Amboy. Interment was in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Sayreville.
