John S. Swider

Mr. Swider, 82, of Sayreville, died Feb. 26, 2008, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Prior to his retirement, he was employed for 30 years as a laborer through Laborers International Union Local No. 584, Sayreville. He later worked with his son at Swider Concrete Co., Sayreville. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth M. Lucov Swider, and a by daughter, Victoria A. Wrobel. Surviving are a son, Brian S. Swider, and his wife, Jeannie of Millstone; a daughter, Beth Williscroft, and her husband, Donald, of Bradley Beach; a brother, Edward "Hacker" Swider of Mississippi; his friends, Charlie and Dot Molteg of Sayreville; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services were under the direction of Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville.
