Rec office plans trips, Mother's Day cruise

The Milltown Department of Recreation will sponsor a variety of upcoming events. All trips and programs are open to residents and nonresidents.

Interested individuals are invited to a Mother's Day Cruise aboard the River Queen, out of Brielle, on May 11. Cost, including bus transportation, is $47 for adults and seniors, $38 for children age 11 and under. Reservation deadline isApril 25.

A trip to see the 8 p.m. performance of "Young Frankenstein" on Broadway, New York City, is set for Oct. 12. Cost is $150 per ticket and includes bus transportation from Milltown Borough Hall. Seats are limited.

A trip to American Girl Place, New York City, is planned for June 19. Cost is $75 per person and includes bus transportation, show and lunch. The bus will depart from Borough Hall at 11 a.m. Lunch will be at 2:30 p.m. Show time is 4 p.m.

Interested individuals are invited to the 3 p.m. June 29 performance of "The Little Mermaid" on Broadway. Cost is $138 per ticket and includes bus transportation and front-mezzanine seats.

A"Wine Tasting on theMountain" trip to AlbaWinery,Milford, is set forMay 18. Bus will depart at 11:30 a.m. fromBoroughHall. Cost is $45 per person and includes lunch and a tour of the vineyard and winery.
