'Art, Artists of E.B.' will open at museum

An exhibit titled "Through the Eyes of an Artist: The Art and Artist of East Brunswick" will open from 1-4 p.m. on May 4 at the East BrunswickMuseum, 16 Maple St. Remarks are set for 1:15 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.

The exhibit will include not only the works of art, but the story behind the art, the narrative of the artists and the history of the town in which they lived. Using original paintings and personal possessions of the artists, the display will examine more than 200 years of East Brunswick history. Rare objects and artifacts that have never been exhibited will be part of the display.
