John A. Cackowski

Mr. Cackowski, 56, of Wilmington, Del., formerly of Sayreville, died July 25, 2008, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. He was predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Stanley Cackowski. Surviving are his wife, Ellen Carchietta Cackowski; and three children, Michael, Elizabeth and Margaret, all at home. A Mass was offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Sayreville. Interment was in the church cemetery.
