Sounds of chamber music to fill church

The City Winds Trio, featuring flute, oboe and bassoon, will perform at 4 p.m. Jan. 18 at St. Mary's Church, 256 Augusta St., South Amboy.

The performance will be the first in the 2009 Music at St. Mary's concert series.

T he trio will perform chamber music

from the traditional classical repertory as well as Scott Joplin ragtime music.

Guests are invited to come to the recital, stay for refreshments and greet the artists after the event.

The concert is free of charge; however, free-will donations will be cheerfully accepted.
