The Old Bridge Junior Knights Hockey organization's Pee Wee teams are holding a "Comedy Knight," Nov. 21 at the Friendly Sons of Shillelagh, 15 Oak St., Old Bridge. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $50 each and include food, draft beer, wine and soda. Must be 21 or over to attend. The Old Bridge Blue Thunder U-14 girls soccer team recently finished as runnersup in the New Jersey Youth Soccer State Cup.

The girls won games against the North Caldwell Galaxy (3-2), TSF Academy Triumph (5-1), Denville Diamonds (2-0) and the PASCO Stallions (1-0). In the finals, the Blue Thunder fought hard, but lost 2-0 versus the Matchfit Beat.

The Blue Thunder are: Jessica Betines, Erin Casner, Lauren Coletti, Samantha Collins, Courtney Durstewitz, Maggie Ge, Hannah Hallos, Kaylan Haughney, Alley Maurer, Kayla McGuiness, Nicolette Modica, Erica Mojica, Christina Shannon, Elizabeth Thoresen, Stephanie Walz and Ruthann Zientek.

The Cheesequake Baseball and Softball League will hold in-person registration for the 2010 season 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 21 and Dec. 12 at the Cheesequake field located on Route 9 north and Schulmeister Road in Old Bridge.
